Six year old Eliza is given a pair of lime green tap shoes, which she believes will make her marvelous dream of dancing with Gene Kelly come true. Eliza wears her tap shoes everywhere she goes and eventually her belief pays off, when one day, Gene Kelly appears in her garage and they dance together. Set in the late 1970’s to 2015.
